This item is not a stand-alone item. You need to have a Visit receiver from Bellman & Symon for this product to function as stated below. The smoke alarm from Bellman & Symfon is part of the Visit smart home system that helps you to keep tabs on your home. It discovers smoke and fast flaming fires at an early stage and relays the alarm directly to your Visit receiver.
Watches out for you:
If a fire starts, the smoke alarm instantly relays the signal to your Visit receiver that alerts you with sounds, flashes or vibrations (depending on the receiver). Visit will give you an early warning, so you can get out of harm’s way in time.
The smoke alarm uses a highly reliable radio link that covers your entire home. It is robust and features state-of-the-art battery supervision that automatically notifies you when the batteries run low. It is also features broadcast that relays the alarm to all Visit receivers within range.
